Dupe Day is back, craft buddies. Around here, it feels like an official holiday because every major season we celebrate by recreating high-end décor for way less. This round is packed with fall and Halloween inspiration. I’ve scoured Pottery Barn, Anthropologie, Etsy, and more to find the cutest pieces to dupe, and I’m showing you how to make them at home for a fraction of the cost.

One of my favorite projects this time was a Pottery Barn-inspired faux acorn branch arrangement. They wanted nearly forty dollars for one branch, but I was able to create a whole arrangement for under twenty by mixing stems from Hobby Lobby and Target. It gave me that high-end look without the high-end price tag.

Anthropologie soaps were another fun project. I used a pumpkin silicone mold and some leftover shea soap to make adorable little hand soaps. These are great for guest bathrooms and perfect for getting kids excited about handwashing as we head into cold and flu season.

I also took on some bigger décor dupes. An Antique Farmhouse rustic pumpkin was recreated using an inexpensive paper mâché pumpkin, spray paint, and antique wax. With a little distressing, it turned into a multipurpose pumpkin that works for both fall and Halloween, depending on how you display it.

Another highly requested project was Pottery Barn’s graphic stoneware. I tested out water slide decals for the first time and applied seasonal artwork to mugs, plates, candles, and coasters. This technique made the pieces look like they were printed designs and gave me endless options for customizing affordable blanks from Walmart.

If you love wreaths, I’ve got you covered. I created a colorful felt fall wreath using a simple leaf template and a macrame hoop. Then I made a lit ghost wreath by attaching fabric-covered foam balls to a wreath form with hidden lights. Both are fun, festive, and customizable to your favorite colors and styles.

I couldn’t resist doing a makeover of the popular Gus the Ghost pillow. Costco had a dupe, so I turned mine into Miss Gus with a handmade bow and stitched eyelashes. I’m even giving one away in the video, so don’t miss that part.

Pottery Barn Kids inspired the last two dupes: Mickey ghost and pumpkin trick-or-treat buckets. I sewed my own versions using felt, embroidery floss, and a little patience. They’re lightweight, affordable, and perfect for little hands. My pumpkin was made by adapting the Peter Pumpkin pattern from Abby Maed.

That’s just a sampling of the dupes in this video. To view all the projects, tips, and sources, be sure to watch the full video below!

I hope this round of fall and Halloween dupes inspires you to try your own. Let me know your favorite in the comments and share what you’d love to see me dupe next season.
