The BEST (and simplest!) Peanut Butter Fudge

You’ll Need:
- 3 cups of Granulated Sugar
- 3/4 cup Unsalted butter (1.5 sticks)
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 cups of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Tsp – Vanilla extract
- Salt – pinch
- 1 7oz jar of Marshmallow fluff
Heat sugar, butter, and evaporated milk until melted, then bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix in marshmallow fluff until smooth. Spread into a parchment-lined 9×13 pan and let cool for several hours before cutting.
Loaded Baked Potato Hot Dip Recipe
You’ll Need:
- 1 – 8 oz. Block of Cream Cheese
- 1 – 16 oz. of Sour Cream
- 2 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Bacon Bits (or cooked baked cut into small pieces)
- Dried Chives (or fresh chives diced small)
Combine all ingredients in a Crockpot and cook on high for 1 hour (or until everything melts and combines). Enjoy with a hearty chip, we love wavy Lays or Ruffles!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Peanut & Pretzel Clusters

You’ll Need:
- 16 oz. Jar of Salted Roasted Nuts
- 10 oz. White Chocolate Chips
- 15 oz. Dark Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cup of pretzel sticks broken into 3-4 pieces per stick (break before you measure)
- 1 bag of Caramel Morsels
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Instructions
- Grab your crockpot and toss in the dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and peanuts. Cover the whole thing with a kitchen towel and then put the lid on top.
- Cook it on low for about 30 minutes, then give it a good stir. If the chocolate’s not fully melted yet, cover it back up (towel and lid) and check in another 15 minutes.
- While the chocolate melts, break up your pretzels into small pieces. (I usually just break them with my hands—it makes it quicker!)
- Once everything’s nice and melty, stir in the peanut butter, then the caramel morsels and the pretzel pieces. Everything should be gooey and delicious by now.
- Line a couple of cookie sheets with mini cupcake liners and use a medium cookie scoop (or just a spoon) to drop the candy onto the sheets. You’ll probably need two cookie sheets to fit everything.
- Pop the cookie sheets into the fridge for about an hour to let the candy set. After that, just leave them at room temperature until you’re ready to dig in.
- For storage, keep the candy at room temperature. It should be good for a few days just sitting out, but if you want to keep it longer, store it in an airtight container. Enjoy your sweet treat!
Merry Mocktail Recipe
You’ll Need:
- 2 oz. Orange Juice
- 2 oz. Cranberry Juice (I used Cran-Apple)
- 2 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
- 2 – 4 oz. Ginger Ale, Ginger Beer, or Club Soda
- Optional: 2 oz. Vodka to make a cocktail
- Orange or Cranberries for Garnish
Combine all ingredients either directly into your glass with ice, or shake in a cocktail shaker and pour over ice. Garnish with an orange slice or cranberries, enjoy!

Peanut Butter Balls with a Twist

You’ll Need:
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 2 cups Powdered or Confectioners’ sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 1/4 cups – Rice Krispies cereal
- Melting wafers (Ghirardelli or similar chocolate)
Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and Rice Krispies until it forms a rollable dough (add more PB if dry, more sugar if sticky). Roll into 1-inch balls and chill. Dip in melted chocolate, remove excess, place on parchment, and chill again to set.

Apple Cinnamon Casserole Bake
You’ll Need:
- 1 Can of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Butter, melted
- 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 Can Apple Pie Filling
- Start by mixing the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and then grab your cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into six pieces.

- Toss them into a mixing bowl and drizzle with melted butter—then give it all a good stir to coat everything in buttery goodness. Next, top with 1/2 of your cinnamon sugar mixture and stir to coat.
- Spray an 8×8 baking dish with some nonstick spray and arrange the cinnamon roll pieces in there. Once it’s all in place, sprinkle any leftover cinnamon sugar over the top for that extra sweet touch.
- If you’re making this ahead, cover the dish with foil or plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge overnight. Don’t forget to put the icing in the fridge, too!
- When you’re ready to bake, take the casserole and icing out of the fridge. Drizzle heavy cream all over the rolls, then chop up the apples from the pie filling into bite-sized pieces and drop spoonfuls of the filling over everything.
- If you’re making this ahead, cover the dish with foil or plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge overnight. Don’t forget to put the icing in the fridge, too!
- If you’re making this to cook immediately, add in 1/2 of the can of apple pie filling (you can cut the apple sliced into bite-sized pieces, but I left them large) and top with the heavy cream.
- Bake at 350°F for 27-35 minutes, or until it’s golden and bubbly. Once it’s done, let it cool for about 10 minutes before drizzling the Grands icing over the top.
